Custom clubs are built specifically to your selected specifications. All custom orders are sent directly to the manufacturer and shipped to you through them. Estimated production and shipping time is approximately 3-4 weeks, according to the manufacturer.
Full payment is required when the order is placed. Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement.
After the 24-hour period, custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or exchanged.
Component availability may change without notice. If a selected component becomes unavailable, Serrano Golf will contact you to discuss available alternatives.
